Weekend Photography Plans: What are you up to?

End of summer heating up here. Got out briefly with my new Nex 6 yesterday and visited a small local town with a new micro distillery. Today? A new micro brewery is having a grand opening downtown. Time for some film.

It is Friday, and the weekend awaits us. What will you be up to?
I will find a lens that I have not used for years. Then I will use it.

And another week gone! Long weekend in front of us, at least here in the states.

I am shooting more film and I have plans on doing my first ever Caffenol run! In fact, I just bought my last component, a classic mortar and pestle to aid in content prep before mixing.

I’m shooting an outdoor wedding tomorrow, and its supposed to rain. I’ve spent the entire day coming up with a Plan B in case we’re forced inside. The bride wants B&W, so I’ll be shooting all film in my Leica MP and my Rolleiflex 6006. Debating now whether I should bring along my Nikonos.......

I'll be going to my first-ever fan convention on Saturday (sci-fi/anime/games/whatever) and am looking forward to shooting crazy cosplay fans and such. Debating which camera(s) to take to complement the obligatory DSLR. Maybe the Hi-Matic 11, it hasn't had much love recently, although it's heavy. I'm tempted to take the Voigtlander Brillant instead though. 🙂

It is soon going to be weekend again! I will continue my exploration of Zeiss SLR lenses on M 4/3 cameras. I will attend a volleyball game by Dana tomorrow.

What will you be up to?

This thread has crossed the one million views limit! It is about RFF friends sharing news. I like it.

Just a few minutes ago, I documented the first lemonade stand "business venture" for my daughters!

My day bag has the M9 fitted with Color-Skopar 28mm f/3.5 and M4-2 fitted with Color-Skopar 50mm f/2.5 in it. Also a light meter and the Color-Skopar 35mm f/2.5. So I'm going to have a little Skopar party on this morning's walk. ;-)

That time of the week again, my favorite!

Another run of Caffenol coming this weekend and the local Greek Festival is always a good time, and good eats. I think I will shoot some digital.

Yes, it is also my favorite time!\
I will use the M8 and M9 this weekend. Nothing special is planned. I will just observe things and people around me.

It is again weekend, and we have an excuse to take out our cameras and lenses and to have fun with them. I will use the M8 and M9 again, and I hope that at least one image comes out very well.

What are you doing this weekend?
