you don't get too often to hear a solo singing from group AKB48, this is Sashihara Rino singing 'Because there is You' (あなたがいてくれたから), and it's an excellent song..in her 'graduation concert', i don't know why the 6min song's been cut to 3'50"...
i realized how 'important' she was after she left AKB48, she was w AKB48 for 12 years...She was the 'Center'
for AKB48's Greatest hit song 'Fortune Cookie in Love', and center for the song's multi million dollar MV...

Edgar Winter & White Trash - Roadwork

Without a doubt in my mind this is one of the greatest rock & roll albums in the history of rock & roll.

Edgar Winter, Jerry LaCroix, Rick Derringer, the White Trash Brass, special appearance by Johnny Winter. A live album that will blow your mind!

Released as a double LP in 1972, I've owned it as a vinyl LP, an 8-track cassette, and multiple remastered CDs.

In particular, track 5, "Back in the U.S.A." (Chuck Berry) Crank it up! If you have any kind of a decent stereo system crank this song up!!! By the end of the track you will have smoke curling out of your amp.

If you want to go to Rock & Roll heaven follow this album up with Humble Pie's "Rockin' The Fillmore".

All the best,
Mike

Schubert Quintet on the radio this morning. Knew it was special. Isaac Stern and Alexander Schneider, can’t remember violist (sorry violists) and Casals and Tortelier cellos.

Stopped by the used CD shop today and got lucky!

Cal Tjader "Soul Bird: Whiffenpoof" I'm listening now while drinking an inexpensive Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile. Both are good.

All the best,
Mike
