What changed in selling on Classifieds?

Just tried to list my Bogen Digi 719b tripod for sale and now I have to subscribe?
Tried that expecting an email I guess with more hoops to jump thru? How long does it take for approval with this new process, I sure liked the old way...

Click on forums on top left corner, then find 35mm classifieds on the list. There you can list ads the old way, but it won't appear on the front page.
