I found this and I don't know if it is a real lens or some kind of strange fake:

I can't read the FL in your photo because of a glare spot. It could be an enlarging lens or the front cell from a 135mm telephoto.

It's real.

It is the lens head from a 90?mm Elmar made in the US in a short focussing mount for M Visoflex II or III.

Sorry, can't tell the codename for the mount without my reference books or whether it will focus to infinity (but suspect it will).

Hood is original also.

Yes Petronius, what you pointed out makes sense to me... You know it is existed in 90mm.
At first I was thinking about some kind of 90mm collapsible half silver half black, and it sound impossible to me.

There's no infinity focusing helical for the 90mm Elmar on Visoflex, but there is one for the Focaslide. The Focaslide is a lot thinner than any Visoflex.

But, this looks like the common M-mount Viso helical.

Unless the seller can re-unite it with the correct RF-coupled focusing mount, this lens is likely never be accurately RF-coupled again. Sad.
