"Micl" is the West-coast (US) English spelling of the more common "Misc" abbreviation used elsewhere in the US and rest of the world. 🙂

Aha, right, thanks. I even wondered if it was a brand name and this board was for discussing "Micl" brand stuff 🙂

Come on guys ... it's a spelling "shortcoming". I understood it, though. Maybe it's because I learned English as my third language, and I am trying to learn it well.

Been out here all my life and have never used "Micl" nor have I seen it before.

RFF is the only place I have seen this term, though I don't get out much.
"Misc" is universally recognized as the standard abbreviation.
"Micl" uses the same number of letters, and is not.
Since there's no savings, it's not an abbreviation but mere jargon...

Yeah, but if you're international, as many people are on this forum, and not a native English speaker, will you get to miscellaneous more easily with misk or with missile? 😎
