Now, perhaps, but I think it was once obtainable--though it was still over the 10 grand inheritance:This is pretty cool too, but I am pretty sure it is made of pure unobtainium.

I crave a prosumer-quality medium format film scanner that's readily available, supported by the manufacturer, and connects using a USB.

voted other but forgot what it was.
the task didnt mention this, you just have 10k from Art and must spend it.
..., do I even deserve any more gear?

I've marked Rolleiflex, but I must admit that I lust for better part of that list. Almost all except LF
. Which shows how recently I was infected with GAS.
Instead of Rolleiflex I think I will give in and buy Mat 124 in a great condition. Today

A 21mm lens that doesn't vignette (to replace my CV 21mm). I think a 21mm C-Biogon should do the job although I haven't used one.

A 1º spotmeter is at the top of my list at the moment. I do think upgrades in gear are always desirable if it leads to quality shooting. The trouble for me is, shooting several formats while in the throws of GAS tends to cut down on actual work.

Would be close but think Id go for the 21mm lux. would be great on the m8.
I would also buy a printer a3 or a2.
Wouldnt mind a plaubel makina too

I am lately craving replacements for some stuff I don't have anymore; nothing very high end either:
I can't find my Agat 18k so I'd like to get another--probably will later this summer.
and I briefly owned a Canon IVsb2. I'd really like to have another. With this 10G "inheritance" I could get a really nice one!

Isn't it coffee time ?
voted other, Have a GRD III in the mail so that part is covered, at least for as long as it lasts (GRD IV?) The bad, expensive and not needed craving at the moment is a 8x10 view-camera with some classic glass, a decent tripod, and preferable enough cash left for a Sherpa and some film. Think i´ll just buy a 300mm nikkor-m instead when my finances allows it, or when i´ll get a offer i can´t refuse

There's a Wisner 7X17 with holders on another site that would even leave enough for the replacement windows that my house REALLY needs. Of course, I would want a 305 G-Claron to go with it ... there goes the windows.
