Getting bored now with the Contax G2 the focusing is frustrating sometimes, tends to have a mind of its own sometimes, I had the Mamiya 7II before this and I remember loving the view finder. Which of the rangefinders has the brightest viewfinder Leica, Bessa etc and is full frame.

While it should be simple to make comparative measurements with a probe, it's probably more realistic to ask which finder is not bright enough. I have found the finders of a Leica M3, a Canon VT Deluxe, a Leica IIIc, a Zorki 1C, a Leica M2, and a FED-2, all usable.

All the film cameras mentioned are full frame.

The Zeiss Ikon is reputed to have the best viewfinder, but I have never handled one. That seems to be the general consensus here on the forum though.

My bessa R, bessa R3M, and Leica M3 DS are all equally bright. Or at least, I cannot notice any difference in brightness between them.

It is reputed to have the brightest viewfinder, although I doubt the Bessa R3* is any darker.

High viewfinder brightness is nice, but overrated, IMO. High patch contrast is much more useful.

I had a Mamiya 6 (previous model to yours) and when I looked thru the Zeiss Ikon for the first time I was shocked. I was clear, bright and just beautiful.

I sold my Mamiya6 to finance the Zeiss.
(Not that the Mamiya6 is a bad camera, far from it in fact, 35mm is just more affordable and accessible)

I have a Bessa, a Zeiss Ikon, and a couple of Leicas, including an MP. I think the Zeiss has the brightest viewfinder with the Bessa coming in second and the Leicas third. All are useable, however.
