I just purchased two, 62mm threaded lens hoods for a pre-ordered Fujinon 23/1.4 XF lens.
One is a simple, tapered cylindrical design and the other is a traditional vented style hood.
The lens is scheduled to arrive on Oct. 21.

Nikon Coolpix p510. I gave my wife my Coolpix p500, which I found to be very good. A local office supply store had a "close out" on the p510 at $190 and I had a credit with the store of $50. How could I turn that down? Incidentally, the camera is an excellent carry it every where camera in my opinion -- better than the p500 (please don't tell my wife.) Dave

I'm really not interested in SLR's but was wandering around St. Vinnies and happened across a Nikon FM2+2 lenses, doubler and SB18 which I got for 20 bucks. I have a soft spot for FM2's as that was my one and only SLR that I ever had. Cleaned up the batt compartment and install new, blew it out and gave it a general sprucing up and she works like a charm. I'll sell the glass that came with it.

Yesterday I got in the mail a Canon EOS Rebel Quartz Date with 35-80mm lens and strap. Cost me $2.25 plus shipping off ebay. That's right, two dollars and a quarter, and it works! I was hoping to get it at the 99 cent opening price, but somebody else bid it up. Oh, well; maybe next time.

Yeah, I can't stand those 50 cent bidders.

I just picked up my second X100! I sold the last and have since gotten an X-Pro1, so this one is hopefully going to compliment it nicely.

Just today.
Two Ricohs.
A GR1 and a GR1V, same time same place.
Never saw either of these before, nice small cameras, take 35mm film, mostly made out of metal, I think.
The price seemed right.
I'm anxious to try them.
