My telephonic needs have finally joined the 21st Century - just bought a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. To combat the future shock I've also ordered a Mamiya Super 23 with 150mm f/5.6 and 6x7 back.
That should do the trick.

Original Rolleiflex 6x6, that shoots on 117 film.
Nicely "aluminumed" on the edges ( equivalent of "brassed"
)...
Shutter is a little gummy, but could be a shooter with some TLC...

I just bought these two lenses and a user grade M3 SS. The guy owned these bought them new and it's pretty obvious that he was a shooter! They both have a nice patina.

I don't know because I just shipped both of them off to another Forum member!
Actually, based on what I can see in one picture the 50 is 3'4" and the 35 is 1.2'. Does that make sense?

You sold it?. The reason I asked about the distance scale; was some of these were made to go down to 19 inches, and are very rare.I don't know because I just shipped both of them off to another Forum member!

Haven't sold it yet. I know the steel versions of this lens are not common to find but didn't know about the close focus. Thanks for the info. The lens is pretty rough. I saw some haze or fungus inside the rear element and the barrel is pretty loose on the front end. Well worth repairing but it does need some attention.

Rybolt, about the closer infinity scale; it was made in the late 60's for the M2R if you ordered it as a complete kit. Some newer dealers will miss this, and just look at the overall appearance when judging the lens for sale quality. You just never know when you will find the right one while browsing???Haven't sold it yet. I know the steel versions of this lens are not common to find but didn't know about the close focus. I guess it's a 614, going by info on RolleiClub site. Definitely a K-1, knob-wind.
It has the f: 3,8 / 75mm Tessar, and there is the little forked tab to hold the cable -release, to the left of the viewing lens.
The number on the hood ( 776xx ) does not match the number stamped inside the bottom film chamber ( 0205xx ); should they ?
