What have you just BOUGHT?

Having never owned a Nikon rangefinder, I pulled the trigger today on a minty S3 with an equally nice 50/1.4 S Nikkor lens. It's a beautiful camera, though I am trying to get used to the location of the shutter button.

1 roll of generic drugstore 100 ISO slide film, just to see how it performs.
1 roll of Provia 100, which you can't go wrong with.
1 roll of Velvia 50, which is simply magical.
1 roll of Provia 400, as I wanted to see how it compares to Provia 100.
31 € together. Not cheap, but VERY cheerful! :)

's go shootin' baby! :)

EDIT: That generic slide film is supposed to be rebranded Elitechrome 100!

Olympus XA2 plus A11 flash for £5 from a charity shop. Looks like it works fine and even has two SR44s in it. I'll add it to the queue of cameras to use. :)

Have just sold a few bits and pieces and repurchased the X100. Local retailer had a special which was $200 less than I originally purchased and sold it for.

6 rolls of Velvia 100
5 rolls of Provia 100F
5 rolls of Fuji Pro 400 H
slowly collecting film for my trip to south america in december :)

It sounds strange, but I have stopped buying any equipment since a few months ago when I got an Olympus EP-2.

Kodak Retina IIIc--actually, two of them, both cheap. One of them had a bad shutter, and the other a nonworking light meter. After a few minutes with a screwdriver, I now have one in excellent working condition--and not bad cosmetically, either. I'm running the first roll of film through now. Can't wait to see how they turn out!

A Fujifilm GF670 - this after swearing that I had given up film forever. Now I plan to develop my own E6 and C41 color film.

Congrats on the Nikkor Tom ;-)

@Johan, for informational purpose, which rebranding is used in German on the drugstore Superia?
