What have you just BOUGHT?

I just sold all my D7000 kit, everything, the buyer came and took it away this morning. I have ordered a new X-E1 to go with my X100. I am starting off with the XF 18-55 and plan to add the XF35mm 1.4 later.

Recently bought an XPro1 and 35 1.4. I've been really happy with my x100 but craving the 50 mm POV. Still getting used to it, but enjoying the RF-like experience and the sound of the shutter.

I've been needing a UV Exposure Unit for alternative processes, so I have been gathering all the components. Everything is here except the UV bulbs, which should be delivered this week. Finally I'll be able to do salt, Van Dyke brown, cyanotype and albumen without waiting for the winter gloom to go away.

I hope it works the way I have it planned...

Tried to buy a $900 near mint late/German Summicron 35/2 IV. Unfortunately I was -10 minutes late and it sold to someone. Curse of living across the lake from Seattle - it takes a bit longer to drive over.

Last week I lost out on a Coolscan 9000 with extra glass carriers for $500.

At yesterday's Photo sale in Toronto,
a pack of 10 rolls 36 exp. Kentmere 400.
Price about equal to B+H without taxes..
Rec'd a week ago a Spotmatic and 55mm lens, case,
no meter of course and a Canon SLR with 35mm~85mm.
That was no charge!

Recently I traded off my mint Nikon FM2n and have missed it since. Today I purchased a lightly worn (and much cheaper) copy to replace it and I'm hoping all I have to do is replace seals.

Agfa Super Isolette for NZ $70 (about US$50). Very happy, though the focus is completely jammed and it needs a CLA!

Fantastic camera and fantastic deal. I paid the going rate for mine and adore it.

I really need to use it more often. I tend to avoid bellows cameras during wet weather and we have a lot of it in the Seattle area. :\

No seal problems and it is in excellent condition with only a few barely visible scratches on the bottom. It looks barely used. Now to run some film through it and see how well the shutter and meter work.
