What have you just BOUGHT?

Minolta MD 50/1.4. I already have a late (49mm filter) one but this is the first version with 55mm threads and purportedly different/better performance. I look forward to trying them out "back to back" 🙂

I've been trying to fill out some of my Canon SLR kit, and tonight I scored two FDn lenses, 135/3.5, and 50/1.4 for less than $70. Last night I got a Canon Flash Quint for the FT (holds five AG1 bulbs).

Been on a bit of a spree recently which is going to require the sale of my M9 to get me back to solvent again, but in exchange I got a like new Black M6 that was originally bought by a German doctor in 1995 and seems to have sat almost untouched since then, a whole bunch of film and chemicals, several books by Raymond Depardon and a lovely looking Rolleflex 3.5 f to replace the one I stupidly sold a couple of years ago. I'm happy with the trade!

I found a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 lens listed for sale on a local website. I bought it sight unseen, and when it arrived, it turned out to be an S mount Millenium Nikkor. I think the $40 I paid for it was a good deal.

A JOBO Multitank 5 with two 2509n JOBO reels and a JOBO 4x5 film loader.
The reels are shown set to 9x12cm, loaded with some very old 9x12cm film.
This European size is what I use in three Plaubel Makiflexes (see my avatar).

I also have a Multitank 2, Multitank 6 with 2560 Tube Extension, and a JOBO
Cascade Film Washer coming (all from German Ebay). This system will process a -lot- of
6x9cm and 9x12cm film, as well as 4x5". The JOBO system is quite extensive
and will work with my old Unicolor Uniroller for agitation. The Multitank 2 will
be great for still development of all three sizes of sheet film.

is it a rangefinder or is it an SLR?

Getting ready for my next big trip: the Fuji XF 16-55 f/2.8 lens; the Fuji X-100T; the Canon S120. For the first time in a long time I bought all three items in Europe instead of in the USA. Exchange rates...

Are you sure that is legal? 🙂

Just yesterday broke down and bought a Sony A7II. Should get an M to E adaptor in the mail tomorrow.
I am not to optimistic about WA performance, if I can't get decent results with my 35 v4 Summicron or the 35 1.7 Ultron it will go back. I have 30 days to return it.
