It's weird because I would have invested in a Summicron 35mm instead, but I'm quite happy with my Voigtlander 35mm and I won't be changing it in the next 10 years I think...LOL!
I've never owned one before so...happy new year to me!!
I bought a used CV 50mm 1.1. I will play with it. I don't really need it. My old Canon 50 1.2 is not as sharp as the CV when used wide open, but it has other qualities.
I just bought a 28mm Summicron after selling off the remaining bits from my Sony kit. Now my lenses and cameras are more or less complete. Can't wait to put it to work!
A lovely late model Nikkor 50mm f1.4 in LTM with original hood from e bay for a little less than $400. The wife will not be pleased. I didn't think I'd get it for that price but I've wanted one for a long time. Joe
I just bought Koni rapid omega 200 with the 90mm lens at the end of last December . I wanted to go back using film because l'm in a photo club and I do have acsess to a dark room. I choose this camera because I wanted to make eventually bigger prints.I realized that I cropped my digital picture in rectangular proportions that is close to 6x7. I've got my camera from well known collector north of Montreal. I also bought a tripod 050 Manfrotto. Sorry for my bad English writing.
I received my Aki-asahi cover for my QL17 giii in the mail today. Once I opened I realized it was more turquoise than lime green (like I wanted) so I went ahead and purchased the orange color (hoping it's accurate). I'll post pics of the camera tomorrow.
