What have you just BOUGHT?

Just off-loaded most of my 35mm gear to buy the camera and lenses I've wanted for ages: Mamiya 7ii, 43mm & 80mm.

Shame I can't buy time to go and shoot with it.

Nice!
My dream combination....have the Bessa III but have been thinking a lot to complement it with the wide version. would be curious to see how the two compare.

I just bought the wide, and I am stuck at work and cannot wait to go shoot it. Nice complement to my regular. Thanks Japan Camera Hunter for both.

This may be hard to believe, but the wide version's shutter is even quieter. They have added a small red light under the viewfinder for when the shutter trips. I've shot about 6 rolls so far, its a wonderful camera. I love that I can keep the filter on it. The lens is equally sharp, the focus is equally smooth, and the viewfinder/patch are equally bright. Both cameras really are awesome.

M8. by Dave Lam, on Flickr

Slight humblebrag, bought the Cron 35/2 v4 from Adorama as a "Parts AS-IS" only piece for $500, turns out the normal plastic lens holder was intact, just the focus mount was loose. 15 minutes later good as new. Oh and the M8 from flyingpalm.

Canon 1.4 50mm LTM from Japan. Voigtänder 50/75mm LTM Adapter from Germany. Together they're going to form my 2nd lens for the M4-P, after having shot the 35mm Color Skopar exclusively for 3 years.
Greetings, Klaus

The BBT (Big Brown Truck) is heading my way with a Leica Super-Elmar-M 21mm f/3.4 from PopFlash, should be here today or tomorrow. At the same time I sent them some items for consignment sale to offset the cost... Leica Elmarit-M ASPH 21mm f/2.8, Zeiss C-Biogon 21mm f/4.5, Zeiss C-Biogon 35mm f/2.8, Voigtlander Heliar 75mm f/2.5. We shall hope these sell at some stupendous price! 🙂 And I am sure to enjoy the SEM...

I'm a wild man...a lenshood for my Pentax 18-55 on the K-x, a 46mm snap on lens cap for the 80 mm on the Mamiya, and another lens cap. All for $3.89.

Set of Paul C Buff Einstein flashes + parabolic umbrellas + heavy duty stands.
Also Nikon speed lights.

Photography is about lighting as long as the cameras is decent. Good lighting and knowing how to use it is critical and will do more to improve your work than a camera that goes out of fashion every other year. I bought my first Normans in 1983 and they still work and have never been repaired.

Just bought a Rolleiflex MX-EVS near mint with case and original box and original manual and other papers. With it came the Rollei Lens Shade, Rolleinar 1, Rolleinar 2, Rolleipol, four more filters all with the leather cases in original boxes. It is all so near mint that it seems a shame to use it (collector's condition?), but I don't own cameras to just put them on a shelf. Out of an estate.
