What have you just BOUGHT?

A Hoya 46mm green filter (£12.95 instead of £37.00) and a Hoya 46mm Yellow-Green filter (£16.50 instead of about £38.00, They've got none left so the listing for that size is missing) for my Ricoh 500GX.

I'll prolly have to get the Yellow, Orange and Red ones from B+H as I don't really want to spend upto £40 or £50 for each one from a Brit shop.

Just bought a Nikkor 35mm f/1.4, 5 rolls of Velvia, and 5 rolls of Portra 160 to use with the Nikon F100 for an upcoming trip to Mexico. I've been inundated with work and (non-photography related) graduate school, so I'm just now getting back into the swing of things. Things have finally settled down and I was able to drop off three rolls of Velvia and one roll of Ektachrome with some landscape shots taken in July 2015 (oops...) on the RZ67. Hopefully I can find my old groove again 🙂

a 3x pack of short-dated lomography 400 colour negative film for £6. Mainly for testing an idea I had about replacing a 58mm metal lens hood which intrudes into the picture area at 35-40mm of my 35-70 lens. I'm going to try a 67mm hood on a 58-67mm step-up ring.

But also to practice loading my fed 2. Whiuch seems to have a bit of troulbe with the shutter collar not staying down.

A 58mm-67mm step-up ring and a 67mm metal 'standard' lens hood for my 35mm-70mm lens.

Not quite cured the problem of hood intrsion into the pic area though, so I'll have to swap them for a 58mm-77mm step-up ring a 77mm metal lens hood.

Bought this G.Zuiko Auto-S 55mm 1.2 on Craigslist awhile back. It had oil on the blades. Got it back from Vermont Camera Works yesterday. Jim did a nice job on it....looks great.

Ok it's not a camera, but it's been ages since I bought such an interesting car. I'm lucky enough to own a few cars, but this is likely to be the one I choose for all but the longest journeys.

Absolutely cutting-edge, top-of-the-range Olympus digital camera... in 2001, anyway.

Picked up an Olympus E-20P with wide, short tele, and macro, convertors, for about the cost of a good night out. It may have a tiny sensor, low resolution, and archaic autofocus, but it's a surprisingly pleasant camera to use. Just wish it were easier to find compactflash cards small enough to work in it.

A mint 50f1.5 ASPH Nokton M in black from Photo Village. It will live primarily on my black M5. It is the first 50 I have owned faster then f2. I came close to a 50f1.1 but the size and weight convinced me to go with the 50f1.5 as I already own the 35f1.2.

I got this beauty and will never regret it, it has the same characteristics of the Leicas and it looks smaller and very cute: Cano P RF

I did a gear trade deal, just today.

I'm giving up a Bessa L body and a Hasselblad 40T* Distagon lens (rendered redundant with the acquisition of an SWC.)

I'm receiving a Minolta CLE body, Pentax digital spot meter, and a chrome Canon/Serenar ltm 28f3.5 lens with viewfinder and case.

Packages are destined for the mail tomorrow.

Thrift store find...Nikon SB-15 (with wide angle diffuser) $1.63
The battery holder has some battery corrosion on it but that should clean up...hooked it up to a Quantum battery and it fired up just fine...

Although not an Olympus lover, I have bought that OM 4 TI I have been eyeing for so long.
Now I need to get a nice lens to pair with it.
