What have you just BOUGHT?

To interrupt the bike guys for a moment…
I just received a TTArtisan 50mm f0.95 lens in Nikon Z mount. The lens is advertised as an APS-C lens, but I’ve found that it nearly covers the Nikon Zf’s full-frame sensor completely! At f0.95, it’s a bit soft, but by f1.4 it’s looking really good. It’s looking like this lens is a genuine steal at $220!

My UK friends tend to say moe-toe guzz-i ... long o sounds in Moto; short u, soft double z, long e sound in Guzzi.
In the USA, I most often hear moe-toe goots-zee ... same long o sounds in Moto; long u follow by short tz, then soft z, long e.

My pronunciation: Pronounce "Moto Guzzi" USA

Because I misplaced my Hasselblad lens cocking tool, and just can't imagine not having it in my bag whenever I'm using the Hasselblad with extension tubes, etc, I ordered another one from a vendor on Ebay for $18.99. It arrived on Saturday and is perfect, beautifully finished, and with a nice leather case as well.

Of course, I unpackaged it on Saturday, went to put it away, and found my original one a minute later. Sigh.

I don't believe in "inanimate" objects. I do believe that they like to mess with us, and enjoy laughing from their hiding places while we desperately search for them. Or maybe your tool was lonely, and wanted a mate.
BTW, my cocking tool is a cheapo screwdriver from the hardware store... Vulgar and plebeian, but it works.
 
Wasn't really planning on this one... but as I didn't have a native L-mount 35mm and this popped up at a very good price.

It is a beast, large and heavy. That almost kept me from trying it. The image thread on FM pushed me way over the edge as it just renders so nicely.

Turns out it balances well on the larger Panny body. It is crazy sharp wide open.
 
I just bought a Voigtlander VM 28 f2.

How does one go from trying to reduce gear to buying more gear?
I honestly tried
I sold my zeiss zm 50 1.5, 25 2.8 and zeiss equipped Yashica T4.
I had my Leica M3 and it sat and sat, I dropped the price more than once and it continued to sit. I could have dropped further, but was already in the "I am feeling like I am giving it away" territory.

So I was left with a beautiful M3 and no lens for it.
Will give it a go, this will be my film version of the Q.

"This week I bought 3 more black and red camera neck straps. I've put one on a recently acquired Minolta 110 Zoom SLR MKII. Now I only have two cameras (Nikon SLR's) that don't have any red on their black neck straps. The straps I bought are too thin for them. I'm looking for a Yashica D TLR (I probably don't really need it as I have a Voigt. Brillant f4.5, but I've ended up with a shedload of Rollei 1 bayonet filters, so...) which will also get a red and black neck strap."

Dunno if I should post this here, but this week I nearly bought a Rolleiflex SL26. There were several to choose from, with one including the 80mm and 28mm lenses as well. I think I would've bought one had I been able to find enough 126 film in the UK which was also faster than 100 asa and hadn't expired in the 80's.
