The 135 Rules!!!!!! Actually I have never used a135 on a RF camera, I Have been considering buying a 135 for my Canon 7, so if anyone has a 135 LTM they want to let go for cheap ( less than $75.00 ) send me a PM . I have seen some really cheap (less than 40.00) jupitar 11s on the bay.andf I would be happy with one of those - Michael

I certainly would not vote a 28 mm lens as least favored in MF format (if one were available, I would love one so superwide, as would hundreds and thousands!), or a 135mm lens as un-favored in LF, come on.
This poll is so imprecise, it smells bad. Why did poster not ask for angle of view most out of favor? What were his thoughts?
Maybe the poster and all the voters would reconsider if this was for the APS format?
Was it not? Who knows. Not specified: useless poll and question, in my book. Sorry.

It's not on the list, but my least favourite is 24mm. A couple of my contacts on flickr are great with the 24; me, I can't seem to make a single good shot with it. Shrug.

I voted 135, just because it's not a length i'd use for the shots I enjoy taking.
50mm is my preferred length. It has just the right amount of reach, and it seems like whenever I spot a good photo opportunity i've already framed it in my mind at 50mm anyway.
Maybe I just need to walk closer to things

Anything above 90mm I don't like or trust. Like Mushrooms, what are those frilly bits?

My least favorite focal length is 10,000 mm. That, and 2mm.

on RF -- 135mm. Piling on. Even sold it on SLRs'.

28mm and sometimes 35mm. I shoot mostly 50- if I want wide I go 21mm.

I sold my 100 and 135 Canons due to disuse and now my max is 85, which I use rarely. Anything over 85 is for my F2as.
I often go to my 25 and 28 Canons for streetshooting.

I just voted 135 and to find out that I'm just a regular Joe who hates 135s like everyone does! The problem with 135 is it's just a bit too long for portraiture and a bit too short for anything else. Strangely, when I started photography back in the '60s is was the first additional lens you bought (the next being a 35mm). I do find 28mm and 75mm a bit weird too, the 28mm having that definite wide-angle look but not being really wide and the 75mm being a bit too short for head shots. But somehow I like them...

135mm got my vote as second least favorite, 21mm was not on the list.

I am not sure if I have a least favorite but certainly my 75mm is least used.

135 here as well. Don't even really like it on SLR's (never tried it on RF's and my Bessa R doesn't even have 135 framelines). of course I don't much like lenses in between a 105 and a 300, they're too long for normal use but not long enough for most real telephoto use.

I voted for the 28mm - too close to my 35.
I like the longer focal lengths. I will say that buying the Leitz bright-line viewfinders SVGOO (for 90) and SHOOC (for 135) made shooting with the 90 and 135 more enjoyable. It's a blast to look through those things and they are stunning little jewels of you can find them in mint condition.

M least favorite is definitely the lens that I do not own.
Out of 3 I do have, both 35m and 50mm share about the same percentage of usage, while 90mm gets out of the closet quite rarely just due to its specialty.
Usually I leave the home with either M6 with 35mm or M7 with 50mm (depending on my morning mood). However tend to put 90mm on M7 (or M3) should I be planning some portraiture adventure or probably crowd-picking opportunities.
So, even 90mm is my least used one, but certainly not the least favorite.

I've never really gotten the hang of using anything wider than a 35. I've owned good 24's and 28's but haven't produced many satisfying photos with them. I tend to get the best results in the 50-105mm range.

For me it is the one I used to make a bad picture. Had to be the lens!

For me the 15, 21, 28, 35, 40 are all good. but if I had to choose,
between 35 and 40 would be my choice
90 and 135 the least use

IIRC I originally voted for 135mm, but on second thought I'd probably choose 50mm.
Others use it to great effect, but to my eye 50mm is always "neither here nor there".
I don't even bother to carry one anymore - it's just so much useless ballast for me.

Sadly anything over 35mm really. Just don't speak that long lens language.
