Favorite right now Hexar AF. It's always with me since the M5 is in for service.
Most productive for work is the Fuji Xtrans set. It's very versatile. I added the 55-200 for some reach. Killer optic !!! (thanks again Robert

Canon EOS-M with 22mm pancake.
In a weird way I feel it is the digital equivalent of the Contax T3 I owned and loved. The M has great build quality (solid like the Contax), it's small (with lens fits in a jacket pocket), lens is a great 35mm equiv, and the files are just fine. And it didn't cost me much which is satisfying.

Leica M3 with collapsible 'cron. Just cause I love the pictures that come from it. Truth be told, I love all three of my German cameras equally.

One I don't have, of course. M3.What is you favorite camera as of right now?
One which I have for long time, of course. What ONE camera is working for you the best and why?
Canon 5D.
Why.
Because it is digital, but film like FF camera with few very good lenses for it in my possession.

I have shot only digital for 18 months. Time constraints dictate digital and the A7 gets used most.

M 240 with 75mm Summicron is my new favorite setup. Ask again in 3 months and the answer will likely change.

I'm so amazed at the quality and usability of my favorite pick -- the Ricoh GR. It opened a new world of creative possibilities for me.

what?
My personal favorite is still the X100.
Why? . . . it's small (always on my shulder), it makes fabulous pictures and my brain is now fully in synch with it.

Film, digital, any format, new, old, emotional reaction, workhorse, doesn't matter why...
What ONE camera is working for you the best and why?
I have way too many cameras to call one a "favorite camera as of right now" in any meaningful way. Favorite has nothing to do with "most used" or whatever. I have many favorite cameras, some of which I only use once in a very rare while.
The meaningful question is
"What one camera are you using most right now and why?"
The Leica X2 is what I'm using most right now. Why? The Leica X2 is simple, compact, lightweight, has a very good lens and sensor, has nice controls, and makes very good photographs.
- The quality of the photos it makes motivates me to use it.
- The "small, light, and simple" aspects keep using it from being a distraction and allow me to have it at hand.

X100s has been really impressive lately. It's like there is nothing it can't do well. And my Bessa L with a CV 25mm is really fun.

Truth is beauty
Voigtlander Bessa T. External metering info, readable also while composing, and possibly the lightest rangefinder camera, 1/2000th top speed, all speeds work without batteries, back door loading and a rangefinder patch with higher magnification than most Leicas.
I have two of them and they have never ever given me any problem in years of abuse.
Cheers,
Juan
