Favorite camera would be my Fujica ST 901, but I haven't been using it lately as I'm experimenting with a lot of my GAS-acquired cameras when I have a chance to take photos. But it has been a favorite since I got it some 39 years ago. It is just so easy to work with and produces photos that I like.
But I do like my Super Press 23, my Mamiya Six, and my Contax 167. Such a nice camera and such good lenses. I wish I could afford all lenses in the lineup.

The meaningful question is
"What one camera are you using most right now and why?"
That's a good question, but not what I meant. Some people have a favorite camera that they don't use often... I was interested in the favorite and the reason why it is a favorite. My favorite camera that I own is the X-Pro1, but it is my least used. My most useful camera is my least favorite.

Zorki 1c (1953) usually with Industar-22 50mm, sometimes with Jupiter-8.

A tie for favourite: Leica M2, Rolleiflex E 75f3.5 planar
If I had to choose one, its the Rolleiflex.

The use of "right now" in your question is what makes it ambiguous to answer. It implies changeability, frequency of use, etc. Favorites for me resonate on different criteria.
My favorite camera is the Hasselblad SWC. It was my favorite camera the first time I handled one and saw the photos it made in 1970, even though I didn't own it yet and it was 32 years before I did. It remained my favorite camera after I sold it in 2004, and remains so since I bought another in 2012. I've made perhaps 240 exposures with the SWC in all this time and every one is just delightful.
It's certainly the camera I like the most despite having used the least.

Yes, some people's favorites change frequently (especially in digital). It's purposely ambiguous because there are so many different reasons a camera could be a favorite.

iPhone and/or the Ipad. I can make stills, video, use FaceTime with sound and send the files any place I need to. The iPhone fits in my pocket and I can get it going real quickly.
Let's me focus on what's in front of the lens.
For my film camera I have been using a leica III A with a 50 mm f 2.0 lens
Fun & smiles!

I'll probably go against the current.
Rollei 35S (has been with me for over 30 years..., in my pocket most of the time)

"Favorite" is not debatable.

I'm conducting a contest between my D610 and X-Pro1 to see which one is indispensable. They are very different in concept and execution but, so far, neither has established a clear lead. One excels in a situation and then the other. Frustrating.
If it ends up a dead heat then I have to keep both and complete TWO sets of lenses.

i have one good digital (the RFF x100). i use it most, so it is a favorite of a kind.
my ME super is loaded with film right now. it has my favorite lens, (pentax-m 50/1.4), so i suppose it is my favorite film camera.

The Zeiss Ikon because of its viewfinder. With lenses under 100mm which is mostly what I use, the ZI frame-lines float in front of my head like I want them even wearing spectacles.

You will all laugh at me for this but my favorite right now is my little Canon ELPH SD1000.
It was the camera I grabbed when my wife called saying she was in an accident and asked if I'd come take pictures. She can use it too for her quilting. It has a macro feature that does a decent job. It puts out nice quality pictures without any hassle. It sits on my desk charged up and ready to go in an instant. Barely larger than a pack of cigarettes and so light you almost forget it's in your pocket. And, it'll take great video too.

My M6 is the one I always revert to. It's the one I take most often, always keep loaded, and the only one I'll take if I have to travel light. Over the years its go-to lens has varied between 50s and 35s, and right now the 35mm f2 Biogon is in favour.
