What's your latest photo gear you sold?

Gave away Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8

Gave away Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8

Yes,
I basically gave away a mint Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8 to a scammer in Belarus (old USSR).
I sold it on Ebay for $1600 and was paid. Then shipped it. Then the $1600 was removed from my paypal acct.
There is a little more to it, but basically the buyer's ebay and paypal account had been hacked by somebody in Belarus. The address I shipped to was not verified by Paypal and therefore I am responsible.
I am also this years biggest loser.

Sold a Canonet 17GIII and 40 rolls of film.

Used it to by Nikon pre-AI f/2.0 28mm and AI f/2.0 35mm lenses. I have an AI 24mm f/2.8 but it feels too wide. Once I figure out which of these works best for me, I'll sell the other two. I don't use the Nikon SLR enough to really justify keeping all three but I want at least one decent wide angle lens for it.

I sold my Contax 137MD because the really good Zeiss and Yashica glass was getting too expensive for me. The day after I shipped it, I found a deal that I couldn't refuse on a Zeiss Planar T* 50/1.4. So I bought a Yashica FR1 to mount it on that turned out to be a doorstop. Now, the T* is listed in the classifieds here. No doubt I will sell it, and then an RTSII will fall into my hands.

I have a Contax G1 that I am going to sell probably because I CANT AFFORD A STINKING LENS FOR IT!
I mean are you kidding me? they are rediculous.
The G1 looks really nice sitting on my table with the body cap on it.....

Some weeks ago I sold all my barnack leica's and zorki's and guess what, two days ago I bought another barnack.....hope I will remain now with one digital (M8.2), one M-film leica, and one barnack......
oh and still have to change my signature

...next both Kievs will have to go....

As an update to a previous post, I very recently sold the following Minolta manual focus gear;
SRT-101
Rokkor 28 2.5
Rokkor 58 1.4
Rokkor 300 4.5
Rokkor 50 f2
Minolta x-370
Minolta-compatible flash
It was all gear that I was given, and that I was never going to use. So I sold it all quite inexpensively reasoning that it was better for someone who was going to use the stuff to have it, than it should sit in our home gathering dust.
