You felt like a Noobie...???

I have used Paterson Tanks since high school and love them but...

Today, I tried for the very first time to use a Nikor Tank with SS reels...one was 120 the other 35mm...
The 120 was easy enough and loaded properly the first time, but the 35mm was a bit tougher and it took a lot longer to load than what I'm used to...then throughout the developing I was worried that the 35mm film wasn't loaded right...
After Fixing I checked the reels and all looked pretty good...just the last few frames on the 35mm reel didn't Fix enough so right now it's back into the Fixer...

What have you done/changed lately that made you feel a bit unsure of your abilities photographically or otherwise...???

I just hung up the two rolls of film I developed earlier today...I lost two frames on the 35mm roll due to the film touching because I didn't get it load just right and I also wiped out a few sprocket holes...
The 120 roll was perfect..
Not too bad for the first try...

The 101 of my name means that I am forever a noob. Stainless reels though - easy for me, but the plastic ones seem like Martian instruments. I think it just depends on what you have gotten used to.
