Where can I get a Leica CM?

Where can I get a new Leica CM in the US? Adorama and B&H seem to be perpetually out of stock except for the Red leather version. I've tried a dozen or so different shops and none have it. Does anyone know of any reputable places to buy one online? I want a new one with the 3-year Leica warranty. Apparently it has been discontinued. Looks like I waited too long.

Robert White has got them, but personally I find it overprized - especially considering you can pick up a Minilux for about $300. And yes, I've owned it :)
 
I would recommend Robert White as CM's are listed there although color wasn't mentioned last time I looked.

I've had a black Minilux for about ten years and it has always been perfect so I'd get either a new old stock Minilux or a CM if I wanted another camera.

Also, in that market segment have you considered the Fuji Klasse W?
