I use Freestyle in LA, Blue Moon Camera in Portland or BH Photo in NY. Probably not the cheapest but they are each very dependable.

If you have to have cheap above all then fleabay or etsy are your best option but no way to guarantee what you are getting.

Are you willing to bulk load? If so, B&H has slightly out of date (expired 08/2023) 100-foot bulk roll for $153.95. I can usually get about 18 rolls of 36-exposures from a bulk roll, so that breaks down to about $8.55/roll.

By comparison, B&H sells factory loaded 36-exposure rolls for $10.99.

My opinion is, if the film is good enough and gives you what you want then it is worth the expense. I feel that way about TMAX 100 so I just buy what I need when I need it. For me reliability in getting it to me in a timely manner is more important than cost.
