Which do you shoot more, Your 35 or 50mm lens ?

Depends on what I am doing.
Shooting portaits? I'm more likely to grab the 50.
For just about everything else, it will be the 35.

I shoot my 35 more, because I don't have a 50. I'm lusting after a 75, but I have plenty of 50mm lenses on my various slr cameras, so I figure I don't really need one for my M.

Since buying the Perar 3.5/35 Super Triplet it lives on one of my M6 and I tend to shoot more with this lens than with my 50s. About 95% of my shooting is done in landscape mode.

50 about 90% of the time. I have other lenses, wide & long, but they're just special purpose tools. Only the 50 is for everyday.

With a rangefinder it's 28mm or 50mm each about 45% (another 10% at 15mm). No 35mm in RF.

With dslr it's 35mm about 60% and 85mm 25% (15% other...).

With film slr (F3) it's mostly 85mm recently... (the spotmatic is getting a split image focus screen as we talk, so time will tell... ).

Mostly cityscapes except the dslr which sees a lot of interiors (people) and/or flash situations.

With my M2's - it is 75-80% with a 35. My "Two camera" set up tends to be one body with a 35 and the 2nd body with either a wider lens (28/25/21) or a 50.
the 35 always felt "natural" to me - the 50 is a bit of "tunnel vision" - which sometimes works well as it gives me a tighter frame.
If I only could carry one camera/one lens - it would be a M2 and a 35.

use percentage:

98% --> summicron 35 v4
2% --> summilux 50 v2

everytime I go out I tell to myself: "ok, next time I will take the summilux 50!"
