Hi,
I've been searching for a while and can't seem to find what camera mount this bellows fits on. It is a tilt-shift Contax and the lens-side mount is Nikon F mount (successful test).
The camera-side mount is wider than both Nikon F and Contax/Yashica mount.
Any ideas on what mount this is (attached photo)?

Can you show a picture with all 3 tabs ?
It's probably Eos but difficult to tell from your picture.
