I like the first for it's perspective, not in favor of the blown highligts though.

Prefer the second one. Less highlights, and I think the shadows on the ground in the first one are distracting. That is, if the grape is your subject (and a good one it is 🙂 )

(This is on slide film, the contrast was huge. The sky highlights are hopelessly blown, there is nothing to burn in.)
I'd prefer the first one too. In the second one, it loses context a bit. It's like a different picture already.
