I already have a J12 but looking for something a bit wider.
I'm torn between a 28mm Orion 15 and a Russar 20mm. The Russar is twice the price, but 8mm wider.
Any experience with these lenses?

Sorry, no experiences here, but they both seem to me like very slow lenses. What kind of photography are you hoping to do?
I've heard both lenses are good. Personally I prefer the Russar, based on what I've seen online, but the Orion seems more popular so it would probably be better choice from a repair/parts perspective. Plus it's cheaper so you could splash out on a decent viewfinder and still have money left over for film.
If it were me (and it probably will be when I get enough money!), I'd go with the Orion simply for practicality. I suppose it really comes down to those 8mm... can you afford to stand back to take shots, or won't the situation allow it?
Sorry I couldn't be much help.
