Who are these guys?

No, I never heard of them. Looks like they sell only digital gear. My favorite place to buy is National Camera Exchange, although KEH can be good too.

They're legit.

They're a European company expanding to the US. I sold a bunch of gear to them, their buyback prices were generally but not always better than B&H's, plus they take a variety of more exotic stuff that B&H does not, such as my old GP-E2 GPS receiver for Canon.

Their procedures are a bit old-fashioned (not through the website, entirely through email). They send you a FedEx shipping label for your stuff, check the condition then pay you by check.

In most cases you will be better off selling on eBay, but if you're in a hurry or don't want to deal with the hassle, they are an option worth considering.

The stuff I sold them was:
  • Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5 L Excellent $570.00
  • Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 L IS USM Excellent $625.00
  • Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM ART, Canon Fit Excellent $410.00
  • Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L II USM Excellent $1025.00
  • Voigtlander Color Skopar 35mm f/2.5 VM Excellent $160.00
  • Canon 550EX Speedlite Excellent $70.00
  • Canon 580EX Speedlite Excellent $100.00
  • Canon GP-E2 GPS Receiver Excellent $105.00

The stuff I quoted but didn't sell was:

  • Zeiss ZE 100mm f/2 T* Makro-Planar, Canon EF Fit Excellent $525.00
  • Canon MR-14EX Macro Ring Lite Excellent $170.00
  • Leica M (typ 240) Excellent $2650.00

I've seen their advert in the photo mags. It never says where they are based out of, so I didn't bother to check them out.

I have: bought a Sony A7II - excellent condition, came with a Ravpower charger and two spare batteries. Only flaw (as was pointed out in description) was a torn eyepiece rubber. I have also bought a couple of m-4/3 lenses (Panasonic 14mm f/2.5, 20mm f/1.7 mk II) and both were optically flawless. If anything I would say their descriptions are on the conservative side of accurate. Prices are good and they frequently offer discounts.

YMMV, of course, but I would have no qualms about buying from them again.

I bought a GoPro second hand from them. We've also exchanged some emails when I attempted to exchange my D700 for some Fuji gear but made up my mind. They are fairly new (as in, I've learned about them 2 years ago), based in Brighton in the UK. I've only heard good things and my experience with them was good. It seems like they are expanding.

EDIT: my initial message made no sense whatsoever
