Walmart.... about $8 roll
Walmart.... about $8 roll
I use the Fuji "send out only" envelopes in the Fuji Kiosk at Walmart. I use process and sleeve only. I do know Fuji sends E6 out, and I also know from talking to Fuji directly (Walmart employees know nothing of what I am posting here.... JUST DON'T ASK THEM), Fuji in many cases where logistics permit uses Duanes.
Turnaround is ten days. It was last month and it was 5 years ago, when I started.
Walmart employees Do NOT touch or open your film envelopes. They see that it gets from the Fuji kiosk/drop box onto the trucks, and they sort it/call you, when it comes back. Your film is only out of the envelope at Fuji... never in the Walmart store.
I could care less about your politics and attitude toward Walmart. This has been an infallible process for me on every roll submitted. Processing is good, time line is consistent. No shipping either way because it's all on Walmart shipping. C41 processing/sleeving only on C41 is less than $1.00, (only negs if you choose so)
I apologize to those who think I persist too much on this, but unless you move next to a processor, and your processor does enough business to bring prices down, and you don't let your politics be your decision on this, then I can't help you.
You asked.
PS, I just moved to a new location and the new Walmart there has the Fuji Kiosk also.
PPS, I can't tell you how many Walmart employees over the years have told me they don't do this processing. Only a very few of them have known what I mean. I just wander around untill I find the Fuji Kiosk, fill out the envelope, drop it in the slot, go home and wait for the call ten days. The Walmart employees just get big eyes when I go in and pay my 84 cents (C41) or $8 (E6) and pull those big hoinking images out in front of them. Reality is the best teacher.
PPPS, If you simply have to talk to someone, call the Fuji Toll Free number in big type on every envelope.
