These shells and parts are never going to be get any further along under my supervision, so I want to move them. I have:
I also have two shutter curtains I thought I could/would install.
The parts are a jumble but I expect someone who knows these better than I do could sort out what goes with what. No sense in listing the lot on ebay, no one would be interested. And FEDKA doesn't need these stuff, I already offered them there.
Any interest? I hate to just throw them out but I'm tired of looking at them. I just looked over some instructions on rehabbing a Fed 2, and I realize it's all beyond me.
- Fed 2, complete basket case
- Fed 3, almost completely disassembled, have no idea why I stripped it down: not the rewind level model, the older split top
- Fed 4, nasty shape when I got it, hoped to use it as a parts donor
- Fed 5, usable; I lost some spring(s) in the rewind lever assembly so it no longer snaps back but it works fine other than that
- Zorki 4 (export, circa 1970), slow speed assembly is toast

Hey! Maybe you could offer some as prizes in the FSU photo comp...Anyone who has an FSU that works well enough to make comp images deserves a box of bits to keep em busy over the winter months!

Open to suggestions
I think if I had a reliable Fed 2 or 3 (maybe a 3 for the lever winder?) I would be set. I have a pair of Zorki 4s ('57 and '65) so I won't be completely bereft.

Paul,
Thanks. Received the package today. The parts certainly are in a jumble. Looks too complicated to put everything back together. Maybe I'll just buy an M9.
(I wish). Seriously, this is exactly what I wanted to futher my education in repairing FSU cameras. I have done small stuff like tearing down lenses and doing a CLA, cleaning and adjusting the rangefinders and other small scale work.
This will provide a lot of fun.

Depends on type, there are different take up spools
btw have all kind of spare parts from a Zorki 4 and 4k. They are for free, you only pay for shipment.

You probably won't have this but an engraved (not printed) speed dial from a Zorki 4 would not go amiss on my rather tired-printing 4KDepends on type, there are different take up spools

Here you go: it is currently rising on my Z4k but once belonged to a Z4. Send pm with your details. I'll check posting to UK.

If the below one fits, you're lucky, it comes from a Z1e. Perhaps others here can tell whether it fits the Z1c as well.
