would the rx1 be my perfect camera?

RX1 is a weird duck to me.
It tries to break the record, first full-frame fixed lens, first class lens, first class sensor.
But leaves one of the most important feature that serious photographers use -- the ones who may pay that much for this camera: a viewfinder.

Now before some of you go bonkers, I am *not* saying that serious photographers cannot use LCD to compose. But many would like to at least have a choice to use a viewfinder. Especially with the price Sony is charging us.

So it's a "No thanks," for me.

The only perfect camera is the one not owned. Once you own it, you realize there is no such thing as perfection...just great ones and bad ones.

Ask those who have loved the same person for a lifetime. If you love enough, the imperfections turn into quirks and one day you can not live without them anymore. At least I don't blame my M6 for its flaring RF patch!

Btw, I think M6 and x100s are both perfect cameras. One I do I have, and one I don't.
