Xpan II in normal mode?

Anyone use a X-Pan II for fashion, portrait, or glamour and NOT use the pano mode? I was curious how well those look.

I have used the XPan for some wedding portraiture on normal mode, and the result are very good, so long as you can pose the people long enough to obtain the picture.

On the other hand it will not be my camera of choice for fashion or glamour shot were the subject is always moving, I'm just not good at focusing the camera on the run.🙁
