What's the difference between the Xpan and the Xpan II ?

the original has a dial for ISO rather than the cumbersome digital push this and that and this a bunch of times. But they both have DX. I've found the camera less than ideal with long exposures in my V2- it is always under-exposing. I do those manually with my math.
