I just picked up a Yashica Mimy S that looks to be in beautiful condition. Bought it for using and not for display. It's lovely small! And the name. Perfect for a camera 🙂
When I point it to the light the light meter moves but I have no clue for what aperture and speed it sets. Are there any way to see how accurate it will be before trying with a film? Any tips? Is it a fixed shutter speed or is it variable?
Do you have any other tips for using it? What shutter speed is used in "flash mode"?
On the aperture ring there is one setting called B. What is that? I thought it was bulb mode but on the aperture ring? If so it doesn't seems to work.
Anyone here been using it? Any tips?
Thanks in advance! Really looking forward to trying it. Just waiting to finish the roll in my Trip35 first!
