i got mine for 200 euro, with accessories...that is a good price. Further, anything you pay for it is good as long as you enjoy using it. A wiseass comment maybe but i realy think it's like that.

Not exactly; not always. The center of the FOV changes with focusing, but the focus point does not move. Therefore, at closest focus it focuses a bit off center, but it's not a really big difference i would say. Never noticed its drawback.
Yes. It has double beam *active* autofocus. It can focus in pitch dark where you don't see anything in front of you. Beyond some distance it switches of course to infinity but the DOF is enough in that case.
