The Ricoh GXR gives me two kinds of 50mm FoV equivalent options:
- fit the A12 50mm f/2.5 camera unit (33.5mm focal length and APS-C sensor) and I have a very high quality, AF camera with 50mm equivalent FoV and 1:2 macro capability. This setup is an excellent copy camera as well.
- fit the A12 Camera Mount and then my favorite 35mm or 40mm M-bayonet lens for a 52-60mm equivalent FoV. The Nokton 40mm f/1.4 is particularly sweet in this setup. Of course, with this setup, I can use SLR to M-bayonet mount adapters too and choose whatever 35mm lens might appeal to me beyond just M-bayonet mount options.
The GXR is a very, very versatile camera.

maybe it's too early to say. i've had the NEX-7 for about 2 weeks, and have shot with it a lot. more than my usual cameras.
it is a fun camera, very light and discreet with the flip out LCD (waist level style)
i use the Voigtlander 15mm Super Wide Heliar on it with novoflex adapter. yes, there is magenta cast and vignetting. yes, i use Cornerfix each time it happens. kind of bummed about that part, but overall i really enjoy this camera.

Oh man, first reply and I've got to break the rules: M8 & 40 cron
I do also use a 35 ultron on the nex...
edit: ha, beat me to it!
Yeah - I love that combo too. Too bad I have to force my 39mm UV/IR filter onto that goofy filter thread. I've got a Nokton 1.2 on the way, we'll see how that shoots on my M8.

Ricoh GXR-M with 35mm Summicron. That's the only kit I've been shooting with and am very happy with the results I'm getting.

I've had better luck with the B+W filter than with the Leica one–just fits better on the lens.
Enjoy the Nokton... I've had that lens on my 'someday, maybe' list for a while.
