I've been trying to cut this number down to 10 or less, but I just bought another Auto S2 yesterday.
Here goes:
35mm: Olympus Stylus Epic, Olympus 35 SPN, Konica Auto S2, Bessa R2, Nikkormat EL, Nikon FG
Medium Format: Minolta Autocord, Hasselblad 500 c/m, Koni Rapid Omega 100, Fujica GL690, Zeiss Ikon Nettar 515/2
Digital: Olympus C-5050z
Too many as far as I'm concerned but I'm reluctant to let any of these go - I just have to force myself to shoot more with the ones that get less use.

I have a dozen or so but many of them are in the display case, my grandfathers Pocket Kodak for instance. I have 3 cameras that get used regularly, a dslr, a compact digi and my favorite, the M6, and a couple that I use now and then like the Contax IIa and my wife's very small compact digi. Wish I was in the 50 to 100 bracket as I'd really like to have one of each and spend most of my time taking pictures.

How about 254 at the moment? Most are usable. A few date back to the 19th or early 20th century. A bunch of Retinas, variious models. A number of different FSU, both Kievs and LTMs. An M6/TTL, a IIIc factory converted to a IIIf with self timer and sharkskin, a standard factory converted to a "d" or II - serial number is 1931, all Leicas of course. A Nikon S2 and SP. The various models in the Argus A series and Argus C series. And my loving wife has not shot me yet. Dave

4 (all serving different functions!):
Yashica 124G (medium format)
Xpan (w-i-d-e angle)
M5 (user)
R2 (trusty back-up)
I'm done...I actually just gave a GSN away because 5 seemed like to many

You are lucky! I have only retinas, couple of canon rf, one leica. They are mostly recent addition but these are so "ancient", my wife believes I got them before we got married.
