I really can't imagine anything more perfect for my shooting than what I've already got - an M4 with a 35 'lux (pre-asph). But sometimes I dream about having it painted black...

Get the MP BP since it's what you really want. My favorite lenses: 24mm Elmarit ASPH; 28mm Summicron; 35mm Summilux ASPH; 75mm Summicron ASPH. I also have & like the 35mm Summaron and, for B&W, the 50mm DR.

Well Dave, the dream came true a couple of years ago. Ala carte BP M7 with MP style levers, Black everything including the Millennium film counter and BP 35 cron asph. I'm about to try color development. I have a Coolscan for color film and slide scanning, but also have a Epson V500 I can use as well.

BP M3 with motor coupling, a TA winder, and last but not least a V1 Noctilux.
That would do it for me, as long as I could keep the gear I have!

I love my TA RWII just wish I could use it on my M3.
Sadly my budget is to poor to have my M3 converted.
Equally unrealistic is a Noctilux.

A man can dream!
