Another vote for Hasselblad Xpan. I'm concerned about repairability, too, but the main deterrent is the current market price.

I would dearly love to buy a digital Leica M of some sort, but I cannot afford one. Oh well....
I would also like to buy a Minox from the Sixties, but the film and developing are too expensive too. Sigh....

Leica SL. Really like it, prefer it over the M10. Best EVF ever, fantastic with any wide aperture M lens. But already have an M240 and the SL needs to bring far more sensor to the table for that kinda dough (as does the M10).

I have a friend who owns both a SL and a M10. Buying the M10 he says was a mistake for him because it stays at home on the shelf.
The SL is about 3-4 years old now, a new version should be on its way.
For me I will keep my SL, but I think an SL2 would be an addition. Perhaps the new sensor and other new features is worth waiting for...

The M10 remains a Shelf Queen.
My spin is the SL is the faster shooter. Also pretty much a M10 is a SL repackaged into a rangefinder.

Hmmm, I can`t figure that one out...unless he lives in Philly! but it`s not important ahaha. I think I`d be a M10 fan more... so poor shelf queen!

I'm wanting a SLM (SL Monochrom). I would buy one and still keep my SL. Call me greedy, but I would still keep my Monochrom.
Seems more likely though Leica will make eventually a M10M.
For me, a guy who has a Noct-Nikkor and uses "R" glass my legacy glass has a better balance on a SL. I also like the joystick and the zoom-in. Call me "Trader-Joe" but I like the SL because it is more SLR like.

Nowadays, come to think of it, I think I'd regret buying anything. I already have enough cameras. The last camera I actually bought was a Nikon Df; the last one before that, a Leica M9.

Deep down I'm still really a SLR film shooter from back in the day.
I really like "M-bodies" for wides though and their small size.
Then I like Linhof's because they are so "German." LOL.
I think I'm like Roger though: at a saturation point.

I do think the SL is awesome, and pic it over the M10 as I do see a differentiation , for use, over my M240 and M10.
But the M240 still works just great, and now with the upcoming Panasonic FF that will work with Leica glass..
Then reality kicks in as I realize I shoot film 99% of the time!

Zenit/LOMO Horizon Perfekt/ U500 pano camera.
When I had that I preferred it to my Noblex 135 and Widelux F8. Handling was better, viewfinder was better and it had a great level that was visible in the VF. Lens was as sharp as the Widelux, if not as sharp as the Noblex.
But I sold it as it had random light leaks (a couple of shots on every roll) and the back never latched! Even tho it had a latch it kept closed via friction as the lack of QC meant the build tolerances were off.
I am so tempted to get another, but the thought that this one may have other issues too... And my Noblex is ok.

A few years ago I was given a Widelux F7, and so I gave my Horizon 202 to my wife. She shoots maybe 4 or 5 rolls a year with it, and I scan them for her. Every time I scan film from the Horizon I'm super impressed at how good it is.

The Olympus Pen FT. It's such a nice camera, but I hate half frame! It takes forever to finish off a film!

I want, and would probably never buy, a Rolleiflex SL26 126 camera and the 3 lenses, as the only film available is decades out of date, and even though it's possibly to put 35mm film in the cartridges, you end up with film sprockets on the pics. I suppose it would be possible to print them without the sprocket holes, but there would probably be some faffing about to do.
