Hmmm...I'd likely get an M10-something, a couple of lenses that have long been on the list, then a decent computer/printer/monitor suite to replace my current underachieving/overwhelmed set-up.
Anything left over, I might get a Nikon Z body.
But that's what I'd do for me. What would really be nice is to find some up and coming photographer, and present them with the $20,000 gift. They could probably put it to better use than I would.

I'm torn between spending $4K on a fuller Fuji X mount kit and $7K on a Fujifilm GFX 50R centered kit. Perhaps $600 on a reasonable printer and a bit of ink.
The rest I would put towards a grant to give to two smaller high schools here in Iowa (under 500 total student population) a set of Fuji X bodies, two or three manual control lenses, and a printer to teach photography through the Art Department.

A Pixii, a Konost and a REFLEX.
Maybe a Leica Correspondent that I will have Kanto repaint to remove the brassing and make it look like new.

A lens hood for a 35 Summicron and a Leica branded strap. Is there any money left?

M10 Monochrom + 50mm Noctilux f/0.95 [in silver chrome] would about cover it ...
... but I guess I'd have to come up with the sales tax!

Using prices from Badger Graphic and B&H:
Cooke Portrait PS945 Lens 229mm f/4.5. $5700
M10M. $8300
GFX 50R with 32-64 $5800
The remaining $200 should get a spare battery for the M10M and an SD card or three.
I'm pretty happy with my current M lens collection for my M6ttl.

Skip the GFX 50R, and instead:
Fuji X-T3 with 56/1.2 and accessory kit, $2000
Fuji 80/2.8 Macro, $1200
CV Nokton 50/1.2 $950
CV 35/1.4. Not sure about MC vs SC. $600
Plenty left over for accessories for the M10M and X-T3.

Cameras. I has it.
A similar question was asked on another site long ago. My answer then, as now, is that I cannot accept anything I haven't worked for.
So I never participate in raffles or lotteries, for example.
When I've gone to HAM swap meets and they hand me that prize ticket, I just give it to my friend.
So, for this scenario, I'll pass my "win" to anyone else. Everything I've ever wanted I already have - the Camera Room in my house makes camera stores of the past look barren in comparison.
I do hope the store has a functioning K-14 lab, though - I have some 8mm K II that needs to be processed.

My storeroom is better stocked than any camera store I have been in in the last ten years, so I have no idea what they could possibly offer me that I would need.
Store owners come over to my place and get GAS.
Maybe I should sell some things.
So, dinner at your place, Larry?

You've won $20,000 in a camera store raffle, what are you buying?
Info:
This store has everything... from super early film gear to the latest digital gear. It can be darkroom equipment or computer equipment. It can be film, paper, inkjet printers, etc.
You cannot receive the money in cash.
You cannot sell the equipment.
I would contact educational institutions and other non-profit photography organizations that meet IRS Section 501(c)(3) requirements (e.g. The Light Factory here in Charlotte) as ask them to apply for a grant listing specific equipment and supply needs. I would use the raffle prize to purchase and then donate items on their lists.
Also, I might pick up yet another camera bag for myself. :bang:
