Zeiss Ikon Zm and Filters

Gentlemen, are the filters taken care of with the TTL metering on this camera or do you use the filter compensation? I know it is ttl but I am getting conflicting answers.

If it is ttl, it is taken care of. That is the advantage of ttl.

TTL, so no extra compensation. Not counting extremes like IR, that is...

When I had a ZM (I sold it regrettably, now searching for a new one...), I never needed to compensate. The metering is pretty good. But besides UV I only ever used polarizer filters (Kenko Vernier), which works perfect. So I can't speak for color filters, but I see no reason fro different behavior here.

No correction necessary if you are using the in camera meter. One advantage of TTL.
