I don't see them doing a larger sensor. Don't think the current lenses support an image circle large enough for that. If I were Fuji, I'd rather be the first tier of APS, which is a far larger market than full frame.

The lenses would not become worthless, just because Sony introduces a new camera.
Since Zeiss has not really manufactured their own lenses for a while.. Given the special treatment that Zeiss got at the Fuji roadmap announcement, I wonder if Fuji is making the Zeiss lenses for them, just as CV made some of the RF lenses for m mount..
Does anyone know who was making the Nex mount lens, the 24 that was announced when the nex7 was released?

Well, if we are talking about a full-frame NEX body that would allow users to shoot with Leica LTM, M and R lenses in addition to almost any high quality manual lens produced in the last century, the price tag of around $3000 sounds quite attractive to me. It's still less than half of a digital Leica body, right. I believe IQ would be quite comparable in these two systems and the NEX might even render better IQ in low light conditions. I personally love rangefinder focusing but when it comes to digital, I can easily and happily live with the focus peaking feature on NEX cameras

Full rangefinder lens compatibility on a new FF EVIL camera (e.g. from Sony, Fuji etc) is just wishful thinking. Manufactures won't spent enormous amount of research to design RF-friendly microlens array because it will directly decrease their profits from native lens for that system.
But how many makers are still in the "give away bodies to sell more lenses" camp?
Most new buyers are reaching for the zooms first and then maybe try a prime lens in the future. Which makes me wonder who the target audience is for theses new offerings from Zeiss.
I thought that it was stated that the new lenses will not work on a FF body. At least, this is what has been reported on the NEX forums... ie DPreview.I agree, I think what I was trying to say is that the person who would be attracted to the fuji brand because of these new Zeiss lenses may prefer to wait and see if they would work on a full frame body.
