I bought this camera over a year ago after it had languished in an antique store for more than ten years (that's how long I had been eying it). It had a jammed shutter, but looked pretty good. The lens needed a cleaning, but then what other 60+ year old camera doesn't?
The lens cleaning went well until I put the middle element back in. It's held with a split ring, and I scratched the element while replacing the ring. Hopefully it's not too bad. The shutter repair was easier, but took longer, as I had to figure out what was causing the jam. I could trip the shutter by manipulating a lever with my dental pick that's always on the bench, but then it would jam again on the next winding.
As it turned out, the catch lever was a bit out of shape after all these years, and I made some adjustments to it. Now everything works fine, and I hope to burn some film today (weather permitting) to see if the lens is okay. I may have to get a replacement center element for the 6.3/75 Novar-Anastimat.

I bent the small tab on the left so it would engage the Main Lever, and the large tab on the right so it would clear the Release Lever

Supposedly still in business, if anyone can confirm this for me
