I simply use the factory case or the lower half of it. They may not be especially stylish, but they always fit properly, and offer adequate protection.
I looked at aftermarket cases for my Nikon SP, and I liked the Luigi case very much. Then I found a factory case for the Millenium S3, the quality of this case was far superior to the Luigi case, yet, brand new in the original box, it cost less than half what a Luigi case cost.
My Leicas are so beat-up that a case seems superfluous, but I got a used Leica accessory case in Ostrich leather for a good price. Unfortunately, the case is much nicer than my Leicas, so I will hold onto it until I get a camera nice enough to need a case.
