ZM 50/1.5 on its way...

Well, I finally received the lens earlier today (well, Friday). It was here Wednesday, but I wasn't home so they left a delivery attempt slip and didn't re-delive till today. Anyways, initial impression is just like the other ZM lenses I have used-its very well made and smooth to operate. I didn't get a chance to test it out, that will hopefully happen tomorrow. I'm pretty excited! I'm also going to take a couple side by side comparison pictures of the 50/2 ZM vs. 50/1.5 ZM, as I know that was one thing I was interested in.

wow im pretty excited, give us some bw shots! :D

Im hoping the sonnar is going to have a lighter touch compared to what I consider to be pretty harsh contrast on the plannar
 
Definitely keep us updated when you have the comp results back :) I've been impressed with what I've seen of the planar, so this will be an interesting comparison.
