I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. Both the Leningrads and Westons I own and use have two scales under the meter needle but on either make only one scale shows at a time. And on both makes the lower scale goes up to a point and the higher scale starts at that point

When you set the Leningrad 4 to 21 din/100 iso, the high scale will end at 8 (1/125 on f8). Just below there, the meter should read untill the number 8.
But when it reads 9 in the higher scale, it will read 5 on the lower. When it reads lower than 8 in its higher scale it wil read about 5 or less. Very hard to tell which exposure time in shadows and rooms. I don't have this problem with the Leningrad 8.

Sorry late reply. thanks again. i have taking everything into consideration ,also i have decided on a Kiev 4a and just waiting on it to arrive
