Hmm, I have been looking for an interesting project to attempt. I have an old Leica DII which spent some time underwater, it would be a good candidate for such a conversion. I just need to find a digital donor camera...

Yeah, several of those project are published on the net.
Very interesting and a lot of fun.
But you shouldn't do that to a real Leica. Use a fake just like those guys did.

I've often wandered if a Sony Nex C3 would be good candidate for this kind of conversion. Use a 35mm summaron for the lens. Now I have a cunning plan....
