3 from 36 on a good day.
The Type 3 Fastback is one of my fav's. It's just behind my absolute favourite VW, the Type 34 Karmann Ghia.
Here's a snap shot I took a while back of a beautiful Matte Blue Type 3 with my GF1 @ 1600 iso on the 20mm f1.7.
Yep noisy lil' ****er at high ISO.

Weekend Beater '67 Beetle
Yes, I drive this car like this. It's rusty and throws sparks on the highway.
I added the stock bumpers back into the mix and I just built another engine for it. I shot most of these with a J9 on a 5D.

Never had one myself but back in the 60s a couple of my buddies had Beetles. They looked a lot better than yours but then they were nearly new when we were tooling around in them. Brought back some fond memories--still remember the small rear seats...

That's the way it is on that stretch of highway going through downtown San Francisco... EVERY DAY! Fortunately, I only travel that stretch once or twice a year when I sneak away from work and play mid-week golf.

It's a beater, I hope to own a much cleaner early car one day.

Typical view of a Jaguar...
Typical view of a Jaguar...
And seen typically at shops owned by somebody with the name Frank, or Bart's, or similar.
Very good shot and much too reminiscent, my being a Brit Car Buff for many years, including 50% Jags (run 50% of the time, with luck and lotsa bucks...)
