Would you buy it only because you like it or no.......

And is important in the value when tha camera was repainted?

Thaks to everybody .......and sorry for my english .....:)

If you are user you will buy it whatever.....If you are dealer you will buy that camera which can give you some profit.. :)

what's the sense in painting a beautiful camera? Never got it...
you're right but maybe someone prefer it black.....

I'm a user , but this fake cost 1450 euro and a very good ( mint) m2 1000 ............the fake one have also the rapidwinder of abrhamsson...

Many members here have a love affair with black painted cameras, especially if they were uncommon. It doesn't seem to matter if the cameras were originally black, if they are painted well they get a higher price.

any pictures to show?

Hard to say if this 'fake' is worth the cash if the quality of the paint job is unknown...

I had an M3 that flaked paint all over the place and the one I have now isn't original either, but it's all original black paint spare parts and as such it's as close to the real thing you could get. But you could call both of them 'fake'...

no photos I'm not able to do , because is in one online shop ......can I put the link page of the shop or is forbidden .....????

You can also cmd+click (or right click) on the photo from that online store, copy image address and paste it here using the picture icon.

Sounds on the expensive side. Make sure that it was de chromed if you do decide to buy it. Alternatively get a chrome one and have someone paint it,
I'm not quite ready yet but in the coming weeks I will be offering this service.

2 BLACK PAINT + RAPIDWINDER

To take into account, the Rapidwinder for an M2 is at least USD 700. Tom A. only made like a hundred of them, according to his website.

Like John says, make sure it was de-chromed before repaint, or the paint will just blow off in the wind ;) Ask for more pictures, also close-ups of the edges and flat surfaces.

Any camera can look good when it's just repainted, it's durability during handling that counts!

Looks nice to say the least, but I'd get rid of that chimney-like rewind contraption in the first three minutes after unpacking :D

With the rapidwinder it is probably worth it. That is, if the paint is good and the body functions perfectly. Looks gorgeous from here.
