Best Leica M for a 35mm lens ever made. You chose wisely. Congratulations.I was looking for an M6 until I saw the prices so I ended up with an M2. It's lovely.

Is that a Trabi that I see in the background? 🙂And I… have just bought an L3! What a coincidence! 😂
Originally, I wanted to purchase an L1, but when I saw this L3, I couldn’t resist! It came with a Jupiter 8.

65 year-old camera I bought for $65 to celebrate my 65th birthday this week... 😉
Chris

Congratulations, and happy birthday!
I thought about it but the way I use the camera (left hand under the lens etc) I didn’t really see the value for me. Plus they are like $200+. I may change my mind at some point however.Vince, The wood hand grip is a nice addition to the 6X7. Helps with the handling.
The factory grip isn't terribly useful when shooting but is nice when carrying. I put the straps on the handle and wear it low cross body while also supporting it a bit using the grip in my left hand with the back toward me. Watch usedphotopro and National Camera and every once in awhile they get in several 6x7 grips in a batch and sell them for around $130.I thought about it but the way I use the camera (left hand under the lens etc) I didn’t really see the value for me.
